Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders by consumers and businesses placed through our online shop ironsole.de.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with IRONSOLE [Owner]. Product displays are not legally binding offers but invitations to order. By clicking the order button you submit a binding order.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include statutory VAT. Within Germany we deliver free of charge with DHL.

4. Delivery

Delivery within Germany takes 1–3 business days after payment is received.

5. Payment

Payment by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or advance payment.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. In addition we grant a voluntary 12-month warranty on material and workmanship defects.

8. Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
